Returns,Refunds & Cancellation Policy believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and refund policy.
We process the request within 24-48 hours and you will not be charged anymore after that. If in case, you are charged for the next subscription cycle during this window (after a request has been raised and before the cancellation was successful), please let us know and we will initiate a refund for this transaction. You will be eligible for a 100% refund. (Please read the “Refund” section below).
Cancellations after Shipping: For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, a ‘Shipping & Handling’ Fee of Rs. 100/- will be adjusted against the refundable amount.
We believe in the satisfaction of our customers, above all. However, in the interest of the product, we have a D1Healthcares Fair Use Policy:
Except for the trial plan, refund claimed after 30 days will be made available only for remaining plan duration. Products used in the first month will not be refunded in such a case. In such a case, products used in the first month cannot be refunded.

For prepaid orders/subscriptions, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of receiving the returned products. In case of Cash on Delivery orders/subscriptions, refund will be made to the bank account that you will have to provide along with the refund request.

The ongoing subscription will also be automatically cancelled when a refund is requested.
